Because the styrofoam base floats, it's difficult to overwater with the Sunleaves Float & Grow. Delicate roots stay above the water line so it is well-suited for starting seeds or clones. Super Starter Plugs, made of composted tree bark with a natural polymer, retain a perfect air-to-water ratio, which maximizes water retention and nutrient exposure to give plants the best start possible. Once rooted, place the insert directly into an ebb & flow hydroponic system or simply plant plugs into soil.
